Sustainable farming

Two young men planting a small tree in the ground outdoors, surrounded by grass and bushes.

The last few months have taught us on how little nature needs from humans for it to thrive on its own. We are combining what we learnt from Subhash Palekar’s natural farming, Fukuoka, and Miyawaki techniques to start a dense, self-sustaining, agro-forest. It will be a few years before we see the fruits of our labour, but we are committed to make this change!

Nature walks

Just walking around the farm in the backdrop of the mesmerising Devarayandurga hills fills the heart with joy. Not too easy, not to hard, just enough to get a good workout.

Flora and Fauna

Two peacocks perched on wooden posts next to a wire fence, with green trees and a rocky hillside in the background.

Birds, fishes, snakes and small animals call our surroundings home. We have the occasional leopard and bear sightings too. Yes, it’s not for the faint-hearted, but we have learnt that we are one among them and respect and space for each other is all that matters.

Magical rains

When it rains, it is a sight to behold.

Endless hours by the lake

Dip your legs in the lake, catch a fish if you wish. The lake is designed to hold water all year round for the 1500+ trees on the farm.

Soak the sunsets

Wind your day with the most enchanting sunsets.
